It’s Friday and still in bed. Have been up since 730am. So very tired emotionally . The aftermaths of waking up in the middle of the night.
My list to do is very long yet I’m still lying here with no motivation to get up and out of bed .
Working yesterday tired me out. To add to that all the emotional and mental crap . It’s just all too much.
Aim for today:
1/ get up
2/ clean out my fridge
3/ groceries shop and organise dinner
4/ wash some clothes and the dishes
5/ go into the business to catch up
6/ charge my SLR
I think that looks doable . Can always ditch 5/ for another day.
