Went into the business and had another look . It’s looking awfully tight .


From the fridge to the back wall is 1800mm which means I can’t do an L shape bench as I thought I could.

Then consulted the plans I’ve drawn up ages ago to find this.


Without the back wall now that bench is going to be around 1700mm . Minus the sink 490mm still 1100mm left for the staff to sit to have lunch. As need to set the sink a bit from the wall. 

I knew there was a reason for my madness 😂

I also have to get hubby to build me shelves and hooks to house the dishes and the microwave, kettle , toaster, coffee machine etc.

As it needs to replace this kitchenette.


The second wall was going to act as a block to view of toilet and also help support the mezzanine above.

Since hubby consulted a builder and using  the existing back wall to support the other end of the mezzanine it meant we didn’t have to put in the extra back wall.
