Yes we ended up sending one of our ugly kid there. The tutor said he’s not accepting any ugly kid.

We had fun today because we stuffed up so badly. Everything had to be made again.

One of our dough wasn’t too good so the tutor donated his to us.


I had a go on the machine and well our kid of a puff pastry ended up on the floor so that was that . 


I think we were all relieved our one and only child left made it to this stage. It’s going into the oven tomorrow.

Being the last group to finish we ran out of the filling so our apricot one had two different ones in it.

One thing for sure we had heaps of fun today. Don’t think the tutor was too impressed with us. He was throwing sarcastic remarks around. Him being Irish ? We just laugh it off. 


More eclairs to decorate today. Going to give mine away to my parents .

Mum sent me a message of FB saying they enjoy their nightly treats . 

Told her I’ll show her how to make them so she can make for dad as a joke. My mum can’t bake 😊

So then dad sent me this emoji and I don’t know what it means ? 


Have saved the eclairs for them as none of us are fans of eclairs .
