I think I’ve only ever baked a sponge once or twice. And since it didn’t turn out I gave up. I love pavlovas more and that’s what I tend to bake. That and sticky date pudding and apple crumble and creme caramel.


Have had my coffee and breakkie. Left overs from last night . 

Now might head off to grab my ingredients . Only missing avocado oil, cream and more eggs just in case. 

It’s a chocolate one I’m baking . Will top it with cream and fresh raspberries.

As for dinner? Who knows? 😂

About time I get out of here. Supposed to be 29C today . Beautiful day for walking to the shops . Not too many nice day left before the greys and rain sets in. Definitely not looking forward to Winter.
