My youngest have been requesting this. It’s what they’ve grown up with . Simple food , nothing fancy. I used to cook this as it’s a mild curry, there’s no heat. It’s more of a casserole than a curry. Yet they love it.

Thank goodness for my kids they eat anything that I dish up.

I’ve made a big pot. Hopefully some left for tomorrow.

Have just read my emails. The indemnity insurance wants me to answer some questions . What the? It’s like I’ve paid for it? What more do you want? Anyhow will have to ring them tomorrow. Their website is insecure. 

Have popped my hand up for a vollie shift on Friday. Wasn’t going to volunteer this week but I’ve taken this client out before so all good. I’m hesitant to put up my hand for newbies since I’ve managed to lose two in two consecutive shifts. Doesn’t do much for your confidence. 

I do need to go back to accepting shifts as it makes me get out of the house now that the weather is getting bad. 

A wander is probably what I need.
