Too obsessed. I get totally obsessed with stuff. That’s my weakness.
Hotels all booked now. Went to press confirmed today for $2700 and expedia flashed at me. It told me my hotel has gone down to $2230. Not bad for a three bedrooms villa with a pool and breakfast included for 4 nights.
I’ve decided to stay in the Laguna complex . As guests we are allowed to use the facilities of any of the hotels that are in there. Which means if we don’t feel like doing anything we can just chill.
I’ve also booked the hong by starlight boat trip.

Then I’ve gone into websites to research activities.
Khaolak:
1/ Similan (snorkeling)
2/ Tsunami police boat, Tsunami memorial park and fisherman village
3/ Bangniang market
4/ Waterfalls
5/ Khaosok National Park
6/ Sea Turtle Conservation Centre
7/ Takua Pa old town
Phuket Old Town: 1 day (Saturday)
Morning walk:
A must-do in Phuket is a walk in the old part of Phuket City, around Thalang, Dibuk and Krabi roads.
Baan Chinpracha, at 98 Krabi Road in Phuket (9-430pm) closed on Sundays. Old Sino-Colonial house
The best time to enjoy a wander around Phuket’s historical streets is from 8:30 am onward. There are many coffee shops serving local breakfast as early as 5 am.
Most shops close at around 6 or 6:30 pm and most are shut on Sundays. You might want to try some restaurants in the neighbourhood for lunch as well; they serve unique local dishes.
The core of the Old Town essentially is made up of five roads and several ‘sois’ (small streets), these are Rasada Rd, Phang Nga Rd, Thalang Rd, Dibuk Rd, and Krabi Rd. This quarter teems with history and after years of neglect is currently being renovated.
Need driver from Bang Tao to Phuket Town then to take from market to dinner at floating market. 300baht per hour ($12) or 1800baht ($72) for 8 hours.
Phuket Weekend Market Opening Hours: Saturday & Sunday from 16:00 til 21:00 Location: Talad Tai Rot is located along Chao Fa West Road, Phuket’s main thoroughfare, one kilometre south of Central Festival shopping mall and is opposite Wat Naka, a Buddhist temple. Take a left at the first set of traffic lights.
Chillva Market Phuket Opening Hours: Container shops only: daily 16:00 – 22:00. Full market: Thu – Sat 16:00 – 23:00 Address: 141/2 Yaowarat Road, Phuket Town Tel: +66 (0)99 152 1919

Bangkok:
I’ve also decided no we won’t take the river cruise. Too expensive. It’s a case of cruise or food tour as can’t have both.
I’d much rather we take this food tour by tuk tuk. We love markets and food and this looks like a fun one to do.
For Bangkok I’ve gone into this blog to take out what I needed.

I think I’m nearly done 😊
I looks like you going to have a great time!

Fingers crossed. Hubby hates travelling with me as my itinerary is too planned which is untrue. There are free days. Like this trip I haven’t booked many activities, only where there’s no flexible dates.

Yes . It’s stressful but great when it’s all done. I’m pretty much nearly there so I’m rapt.
