Okie I got bored so went into a dating site to see what was available 😂
Oh my. My first day on and I’ve run into 3 people I know. One I know from another site. One is my walking buddy and the third my classmate who’s doing the same course as I am 😂 I’m like what? 😂
Oh dear me. They give each person a percentage 😂 My walking buddy matched 80+%. The over 90s are ummmm yuck. How the hell do they match so high? It’s like vegetarian and vegans and I’m like FFS. I love my meat.
Prospects are not looking very good. Thought I’ll test the waters. I might have to hide the profile.
Not really ready to date. Wouldn’t mind friends to go out with though.
Looks like I might have to try the old fashion way of a friend of a friend of a friend.

I lived in a city of approx. 500,000 people when I got divorced. So not a huge metropolitan area, but big enough I suppose. Except I kept seeing the exact same people on dating sites. It was sort of comical… when it wasn’t frustrating! – Marty

We were junior high sweethearts! But her dad died a few years later while we were in high school, and that sort of stopped everything. I graduated, went to college, eventually moved away and got married.
