I’m beat..passed hubby’s taste test. He said it tasted similar to the goat steam boat. Except I made it with lamb. 

Midway I was really worried as it didn’t resemble the dish I was trying to make

What did I achieve tonight? How to make something that I didn’t think I could before. What did I learn from the process ? The hard concrete floor is a killer

PS. I didn’t leave the tofu skin out as by the time I was ready it was about 80% rehydrated as was the mushroom so as a good measure I chucked them both into the pot 😊
