I like to experiment and try new stuff when I cook except tonight it went horribly wrong. Dry tofu skin needed to soak over night so does the meat in its marinade.
Can’t seem to get all my elements together .
So I’ve decided oh well will go with the flow. Will leave the meat for two hours then will cook it as it’s going to be slow cooked it wouldn’t matter.
As for the tofu skin if it doesn’t soften by when I start to cook the meat then I’ll leave it out. Simple. The thing is I was looking forward to eating it ๐
