After much deliberation I have come up with a set menu.

Hubby wanted a menu of only $60 per head which I think is crap. Especially seafood you don’t get much. And we are having seafood as there was nowhere else that would take bookings for a large group at such a late notice 
I think the set menu I’ve come up with is roughly $90 to $100 a head not including drinks. 

There’s only 23 now not 30 so we can splurge a bit. After all it’s Christmas and I wanted something special for the staff.

Seafood Paella 

Eye fillet steak sliced 

Wild King Prawns

Char Grilled Octopus

Grilled Calamari

Seared Tuna fillet

Grilled Bass Strait Scallops

3 salads Greek , watermelon and rocket

This is The Great Stupa.

Last year, I drove my parents up to visit my daughter whilst she was studying in Bendigo and they requested to go see this place.

I’ve never been and thus it was an eye opener. 

A dream of one man , his own money and lots of fundraising to get this far. They still haven’t finished inside as yet. 

It just shows that anything is possible if we really want it. Took him many years , he’s nearly there. For me it was mind boggling .
