It’s a yummy soggy mess 😩 

My mess:

1 onion diced

400g zucchini shredded 

1 carrot shredded

150g mushroom 

200g of bacon

1 cup of flour 

1 cup of tasty cheese shredded

1/2 cup of Parmesan shredded

7 eggs

Pepper 

Into the oven 180C for 35 minutes then another 15 minutes to try and get rid of the sog. 

Where I went wrong :

Too much vegies thus the water from the vegies made it soggy.

Too many eggs.

Too much cheese. 

Not enough flour.

It’s a messy soggy yum πŸ˜‚ waiting to see if it will firm up when cooled.

It’s less of a sog after the second bake 

This morning I had some for breakfast .

Very cheesy and soft . Hubby liken it to the inside of a quiche.

Next time:

Bake it in a baking pan. Took forever in the Corningware. 

More flour to soak up the pan juice. May be 1.5 cups 

Less eggs 5-6 eggs

Less cheese. Probably 1 cup with 1/4 Parmesan and 3/4 tasty cheese.

The reason I didn’t use much flour this time is we all love vegies and not too keen on the flour. 

And I over did it with the cheese as I love cheese πŸ˜‚
