The company have phoned back. They no longer have an office down here in Melbourne. 

They are flying down in a few weeks to sort out one of their projects down here and will pop by to have a closer look.

In the mean time an electrician that have worked with them will come by tomorrow afternoon or Wednesday to see if he can fix it . If he can’t then to put a tarp over it.
