I made a big pot. Couldn’t find any lotus seed so just mung bean, seaweed, pumpkin and barley.

Then my youngest made sticky date pudding

I helped her as was worried we wouldn’t finish it in time.
The sweet soup was a success not much left. I’ve still got 1/3 of the sticky date left . It’s yum.
