Please have travel insurance when you go overseas. Australia is pretty good still it’s expensive if you don’t have insurance.

A lady just got caught without. She’s been in hospital with two brain surgeries from a fall. Not sure how much that might cost and medications. 

Charges are as followed roughly:

4K per night in ICU

1K per night in the ward

200K to medivac back to the US unless they’ve got someone to drop off then it’s 100K 

Not sure how she’s going to pay for it as she’s 72 years old.
