One of our clients chucked it today. The booking officer in his email to us wasn’t too impressed.

I replied to him saying sorry and that I’ll send the booking out but it’s too short a notice and since it’s less than 48 hours notice, we are not obliged to accept the booking.

Anyhow we will see. Hopefully the vollies can read between the lines and no one puts their hand up.

I am not a fan of difficult clients and when they think just because they know someone that they can get whatever they want. That’s not on.

My role is to wait til tomorrow’s afternoon and give them a ring and say sorry we tried our best but there’s no one available.
