I’ve been having trouble with my intercom and so have had a guy come out to check it.

Since the block is about 7 years old I thought may be it’s time for a new one? So I’m getting it replaced.

The service quote to the Owners Corp was $210 ex GST and well on my invoice they quoted it as $265 ex GST.

I’ve queried it and if it’s $210 I’ll go ahead. Talk about shonky.
