The manager changed my shift for today so on the early . I don’t mind actually as I’ll be on the wards . 

Got to Maccas early so I ordered a toastie instead of the usual junk food .


Found we’ve ran out of milk and bread this morning . And yet hubby and my three kids didn’t do anything about it yesterday? 


Ham cheese and tomatoes toastie from Maccas who would have thought? 

They should get a serious cafe here . The hospital is so isolated there’s nothing to eat. 

The catchment? Two hospitals across the road from each other. 

Things to be thankful for today. My car was out so no fiddling . Quiet roads due to the holidays .Kids are not due back at school until February.
