Asian chives

1 bag of shrimp (frozen section of Asian groceries

1/2kg belly pork sliced marinated (fish sauce, pepper)

1 onion sliced

1 bag (600g) fresh egg noodles


fish dipping sauce

8 eggs, thinly fried and cut into strips

fish sauce



Sautee the onion in some oil, then stir fry the components meat, then shrimp then bean shoots and chives. Fish sauce to taste.

Noodles, separate them and pop them in a pot of boiling water, cook for 1 minute and take them out and drained under cold water. If cooked for too long they will be over cooked.

Assemble all components on top of bed of noodles and serve with fish dipping sauce. Can serve hot or cold.
