I’m always hungry despite eating three meals. Admittedly my portions are smaller but I still snack. All that brownies the other day 😍
Have figured it out why I’ve managed to keep it off. My meals are smaller. At work I have to walk around and since I need to concentrate all the time when I’m at work I must be using up all my food energy and more.
One thing though the 2kg is noticeable . I can do up my belt a bit tighter , two holes in in fact which means I’ve lost more than an inch around my waist . I’m also a hook in when I do up my bras.
All good but still more to go. I want to be fit and healthy. And no time like the present .
Next bit is to join the gym. Yes you’ve read that right 😂 I’ve only ever set foot inside a gym once and that was the first and last time in 1993 😂 . Guess never say never..
I love Offspring it’s one of my favourite show . Was running around so much last year I missed the last season. It’s always much nicer to watch on DVDs as no commercial breaks .
The main character is one of those that’s always off with the fairies. Sounds a bit like someone I know 😂
