Found some wonton that I’d forgotten existed in my freezer . Just by chance I poked my head in to find the prawn dumplings I’d bought.
Then on to the fridge for vegies. Found some zucchini .

And the last bit couldn’t decide between these two.

Ended up with the Neoguri. They take awhile to cook not like the other instant noodles. A chewier texture.
Wontons:
500g pork mince (enough for a big packet of wonton wrappers)
1-2 brown onion chopped finely
fish sauce or oyster sauce
Pepper
Sesame oil (optional )
That’s all I put in mine . I like my wontons simple.
