Green curry tonight. Don’t mind Mae Ploy paste. 


I think I over did it yet again. Tried something new. Egg plant in the oven first . 


Sent hubby out to grab some basil. I walked by the herbs three times today and still forgot.


Found some coriander.


Finally dinner is ready
