I think I over did it by a tad 😂


The tofu texture was what I expected . Firmer than the tofu cakes that I tend to buy. They allowed me to be able to cut them into strips. They also took longer to fry.

No taste to them really hence they are used for salads or stir fries where they’d soak up the sauce.


Made some eggs for my family . I’m not a fan of eggs in noodles thus they can add it in as they eat.
