Yes they are little piglets that eat non stop . I was sure I had enough rice and pork for today’s dinner .

I was wrong. Came home after the long drive to find my left overs not enough to feed the 5 of us . I don’t swear much so don’t have the vocabulary though any expletives that I do know came tumbling out like there’s no tomorrow. 

Managed to sort out my youngest so she can go to school choral at 7pm.

As for the rest of us Chinese sausages coming to the rescue !! They will supplement whatever pork there is left. 

It always makes me giggle as to why they are made so skinny? 😂 and not fat and round like the other sausages? You know let see the Chorizos, Italians, Kranskys and so on? It puts images in my naughty little head 😂


You need to fry them on low heat and be patient turning them often. They tend to plump up once cooked. It means they are done . 

Then pat all the oil away with a kitchen towel before slicing them diagonally . 

They are yum just with rice and soy sauce.
