Failed big time. Tomorrow I’m going to see if I can fix it . It’s just like a cake . You need to incorporate air into it to make it springy.
And they did use the food processor . There goes.
Tomorrow I’m copying this guy. Since I’ve added everything already I’m working backwards and will process it again and beat it with egg white.

I’m hopeful to fix it. There’s many recipes floating around and I chose this one as it doesn’t have much flour. If it doesn’t work I’ll buy more fish and start from scratch and see . Can’t be that hard. The paste we buy from the fish place tends to have too much flour and I think they put msg in it. That’s why I wanted to make it from scratch.
