Fish balls here I come 😍😍😍😍😍 Managed to fix it. It didn’t matter that I didn’t want to add flour I had to anyway. Frustrating morning of trial and error.

1kg fish fillets

2 tablespoons of corn flour

2 tablespoons of water

2 egg white

1.5 teaspoons of black pepper

1 cup of chopped up dill (about 1/3-1/2 bunch)

3 tablespoons of fish sauce (Viet Huong) I would omit this as it didn’t bind as well. 

2 teaspoons of salt (might need more since I used fish sauce as well) 

1/2 cup of Self Raising flour (sieved)

1 teaspoon of baking powder (sieved) 

Process the fish, dill, salt, pepper, corn flour mixture (corn flour and water) until it forms a ball. Doesn’t take too long. 

Then transfer it to a mixer bowl blend for a minute or two on low. 
Add egg whites in slowly . Blend some more.

Fold in the flour (self raising, baking powder) 

Mixture before cooking.

I cooked one to taste it.

Whola it worked . 

The sunroof guy just finished. He’s finally figured out the problem. The control board is stuffed. So it needs replacing. 

Thank goodness it’s not the motor or sensor.
