Persistence paid off I’m very happy . Finally got it right. Not sure if it’s the potato starch or the prawns and octopus .

I used 280g of baby octopus, 170g of prawns and 430g of blue grenadier tonight.

2 teaspoons of salt for 880g was a bit salty. Hubby reckoned it was just right . I guess 2 teaspoons for 1kg might be okie. I’d be more comfortable with 1.5 teaspoons and do another taste.
