What I stuffed myself with today:

Breakfast:

1 small bowl of pasta salad
1 instant coffee with 1 teaspoon of sugar

Snacks:

1 small banana 

1 small apple

Lunch: 

1 Vietnamese pork roll 

Then I took my exchange student groceries shopping after school.

I got her a custard bun. None for myself.

It all went down hill when I bought her Maltesers to try . Little Miss V forgot about her diet and popped two of those little Maltesers in as well 😩

Dinner:

1 pizza slice
2 oysters Kilpatrick

1 entree spaghetti marinara

1/2 creme caramel as shared with hubby 😩

I think I’ve over eaten yet again. I feel like an overstuffed sausage, nice and round all over 😩

One thing for sure. At least only good food got in there today 😂
