Fingers crossed I had enough gelatine. 

 I’ll be very happy if it set 😂 I used one of those NutriBullet thingy and chucked the whole lot of mango in. Some didn’t purée..oh well. Didn’t bother about the chilled water either since the mango was frozen. 

Can’t seem to do anything right today. Misread the recipe so some of the ingredient was weighed and some was in volume 😩

Recipe came from here. The easiest recipe I can find and I still managed to stuff it up. Was thinking about something naughty that’s why 😂
