Finally found some crab. I phoned up my fish monger and found out that they are blue swimmer crab meat and $36 per kilo.
They are in a bowl at the moment waiting to defrost.
Might take a nap before dinner.

I was surprised that it is only that much. As a kilo of blue swimmer was $18 already.
Next time I’ll substitute half with fish. The crab was watery. Defrosted it in a bowl of water. Will have to squeeze the water out of it next time. It was yum.
