My oldest is frying them . Ummm had to rejig the recipe as I used Slap Ya Mamma seasoning. It looked a bit soggy so added more Panko, more celery and then since I love corn I chucked some in as well 😂

I think it has now become my recipe since I changed it too much 😂


My oldest thinks it’s nice. Now to sell it to hubby and the other two kids 😂
