Breakfast : 1 banana , 1 slice of cheese, 1 cup of instant coffee
Morning Tea : 1 banana
Lunch : 1 full bowl of fried rice, some grapes
Afternoon Tea: 1 corn on the cob
Dinner: rice, butter chicken, blanched zucchini and papadum. I didn’t have any meat. Didn’t feel like it. Just carrots and mushroom and sauce.
My girls cooked. I was tempted to have more rice but I didn’t. What I did was I poured the sauce over the blanched zucchini and had them instead.
Had too much papadum though. What the heck.
Tomorrow is another day. I can always start fresh. It’s not about the run. It’s about crossing the finish line.
