I’m a firm believer of there’s a price for everything. Hence have asked the agent to relist our property as 845-900K. It’s gone down from 875-915K and previously 875-960K.
It’s a steal at that range since we bought it for 660K and have poured in around 100K plus into it not to mention all the sweat and tears and stamp duty 😩
The reason being is being a beach house if it doesn’t sell this Summer it won’t be sold til next Summer. Also it means we can’t move on even if we sell the rental.
Fingers crossed the new price reflects what the market price is and it will move. I was going to leave it for another few weeks before changing the price but it’s too risky.
Christmas is coming around the corner and I can’t risk it.
