Does it point North or is that just the plans? Curious because Iām not sure if you would have preferred direct sunlight into your windows.

The balcony points north east so the apartment gets the morning sun. The bedrooms south west which means afternoon sun.
The thing is because of that you get that beautiful port/water views.
