Our lawyer has been very busy with our divorce.

She’s already sorted out the selling and buying bit.

I have just sent off an email requesting her to work on the next stage of the financial settlement.

Next stage is to remove my name from the business as of the next financial year.

Lease to be written up so that he can start paying me rent as of 1/7/19. Makes it easier for tax purposes.

The apartment to go to me and after the taxes are paid from our joint account then we can work out how much he owes me.

Guess then the bank will come into play as to how much each of us need to borrow.
