Lately I’d be awake for a few hours and then I’d get real sleepy and need to hop into bed.
Today I’m trying to fight it. It’s only 1119am now and I’m sleepy yet again. Considering I went to bed around 10pm last night and got up at 7am? What is wrong with me?
It feels like life is not interesting enough for me to stay awake. It’s like my consciousness can’t be bothered with it all and have gone into sleep mode.
How do one keep awake? I’m trying to keep busy so I don’t go back to bed. It’s a losing battle.
I think this happens to everyone now and then. But if it persists, then you might want to get checked out. Especially if you’re not sleeping well at night.
