1/4 cup of red wine
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
2 tablespoons of Kikkoman soy
1kg beef mince
2 stalks of celery
2 tablespoons plain flour + 1/4 cup of water to thicken.
Salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle of thyme
12 potatoes (used 8 today ran out 3/4 of the way)
