It took longer than 20 minutes. About 40 minutes? Then I griddled it.

Taste test. It needed just a bit more in the oven so the fat melt in your mouth . The little pieces were okie just the big ones needed a bit more. 

Hubby said next time we will chuck it on the BBQ once steamed in the oven. 

Chestnut flavoured Korean rice wine. Not bad 😊
