The sun is out. I’m waiting to go in to inspect a rental. It’s in this building.

I’m relieved there is a walk way to the park.

It takes you to Batman Park which looks on to Southbank.

The reason I’ve chosen this one is it’s got views to Southbank. It is also cheap only $370 a week for a one bedroom.

The kitchen is outside. Thus the apartment won’t be smelly of food. And it means I can put beds in the living area for the kids.

The only down side is it’s very close to the train tracks. Which means it can get noisy.

It’s a 10 minutes walk to Southern Cross Station and has a pizza joint underneath the next apartment block.
