Yes. You’ve got it right. Now that the house and apartment are kind of settled I am a bit freer to do stuff.

One thing I’ve found. I do love to cook and I can actually cook and marry one ingredient to the next.

Tonight’s fusion:

Due to my kids hating the slimy soup.

Garlic butter prawns with a prawn broth yam sauce. Still need to work on presentation. Tasted yummy.

Next time I’ll BBQ the prawns, brushed with garlic butter and have sauce in a jug. Was in a hurry tonight as youngest had a school concert on.
