Date 1:

(Saturday afternoon)

We had coffee.

We talked for 2 hours.

We found out about each other’s situation.

He paid for coffee.

Date 2:

(Tuesday morning)

I didn’t expect it to be so soon.

We had coffee again. I ordered and paid for coffee.

We talked for 45 minutes as he had a plane to catch.

What I found out? He irons for his kids 😂

That’s good as I HATE ..HATE ironing.

Financially he’s still got a joint account with his ex. It’s so the mortgage gets paid and school fees gets paid.

I’m all cool with that. Whatever works.

Anyhow the thing about this guy is I don’t know. I can’t read him. He’s very intelligent and a worldly man. He’s travelled a lot. Moves in a class I would never be exposed to. He sounds like old money. He’s actually met Malcolm Fraser one of the prime ministers of Australia.

OK so where to from here? Not sure. He comes across as a nice guy. I got to the door first to exit yet he still hold it open for me.

Very close to his kids. Very active. Theatre goer. Food eater and he seems like a most dependable guy.

The thing is I don’t think my energy levels quite matched his 😂
