Dorky..socially inept or awkward. Well that’s not the right term. He’s quirky. Or may be he was just nervous.

I do like him Mr Wanderer. He rang again yesterday and I missed his call as was getting off the tram.

We went for fish and chips last night me and Mr Security. I think that’s it. We don’t have much in common.

He’s “vanilla” and although vanilla is nice I much prefer salted caramel or cookies and mint or coffee or lime gelato.

I don’t think I can be with someone that’s like that.

As for Mr Wanderer I think he’s growing on me. I rang him back and we had a long talk until he had to go to sort out his plane trip back. The flights from Sydney were delayed last night because of stormy weather.

We talked about my criteria. How I shouldn’t compromise as we only have one chance to get it right.

I sent them to him to have a look. He told me it’s a reasonable list.

Then we talked about camping. As he suggested that I should add “must love camping” on to my list ๐Ÿ˜‚

I was thinking oh no. I did heaps of camping when I was younger with the Scouts. And well now I prefer a comfy bed and a good shower in a 4 star hotel ๐Ÿ˜‚

So he’s going to show me why he loves it so much ๐Ÿ˜‚ at least he’s got a caravan and we are not sleeping on the ground?

I’m like bugger didn’t consider that since after all he’s a country boy. He came from Bendigo ๐Ÿ˜‚

This was what he texted me:

My camping is more a travelling around, little towns, walks, bike rides, eating, relaxing, reading, cooking, etc

Sounds lovely. Not as I imagined being stuck in a camp site for days or weeks on end.

Next bit is for me to go find a bike. Need to take up cycling again ๐Ÿ˜‚
