My bank don’t like me π© finally figured out why I don’t have access to all of my accounts.
I must be any bank’s worse nightmare.
My name is hard to spell as is. It can be written as one word or two. Officially I have it as one.
Then I have a middle name that is dropped off on some of my documents.
I thought well if I leave it off it’s easier. Apparently not π©
Now it’s a big mess. Here is hoping they can figure it out.
Not only that only found out today hubby applied for a debit /credit card that ummm is linked to our savings.
He must have got his wires crossed. What I wanted was a card that can be linked so we can transfer money into it for travelling. That way if we lose it then we don’t lose too much.
Not linked as such to our savings. What’s the point then? Hmmm and he calls me a control freak.
Found out from my parents today the hire car people don’t accept debit/credit cards.
Guess we still have to hang on to our credit card then .
On a brighter clearer note I got new glasses today.

How cool are they?
The glasses are nice!
You should actually take your credit card with you because it is protected as well on fraudulent charges. If you take a debit card, yes, only have what you will need it for on your trip. And remember if you get gas with a debit card, they can hold extra money so thatβs why I suggest the credit card.

Thanks for the tip! Weβve always carried cash and our credit card. First time we are bringing a debit card.

Two years ago I wanted a way to link the separate checking and saving accounts my wife and I had. We visited the bank and watched a bank manager supposedly fix it. What turned out is that my checking account is linked to hers, but not really the way I wanted it to be. She can now log into my account, see all of my transactions, but for some reason I can see NONE of hers. That wasn’t the kind of linkage I wanted. It would involve a second visit to the bank to fix, which neither of us have us the energy to do. But I still hate how she can see all of my spending and even comment on it sometimes. – Marty
